What trainer do you have? Is it a wheel on or direct drive type?i think my basic turbo trainer is wearing out?
got it second hand looked like it had never been used, still boxed and works fine but lately the resistance is hit and miss,
Today i was cruising at 4 w/kg at less than 130 bpm at the recommended setting giving me about 25 mph on the flat!, now on the road pre crash i could hold maybe 21 -22 ?
