Me n Bob both have a low rhr, he has a higher max though so bigger range - what must be good 🤷‍♂️

My resting heart rate has dropped quite a bit with intermittent fasting. Ive noticed a significantly higher HR after eating a meal, circa 50bpm- which I presume is normal. But without food resting my HR is 37bpm and max around 180bpm

A small digression from the power stats... I need some help as a newbie. Once again.

As the weather gets nicer, I'm looking to ride more outside but don't really have the confidence (yet) to just get out and go where the road takes me. Is there a place on the Internet where people submit routes, others can rate them, maybe there's info on how much of it is what surface and what proportion is traffic-free? Or something along these lines? Alternatively, can someone suggest a beginner route around the Humber Bridge? Always wanted to cycle across that! ^_^

I tend to initially use Google maps to decide where I want to go, let it plot the route with cycle option(not perfect by any means) Then if its routes on busy roads will pull the route onto quiet lanes. I also use Strava which has a very similar route builder, but has the advantage of relying on previous cyclists ride history to create a desirable route

What is the next stage of the tour de splitters? The new ZRL starts first week of April, did we lose the mountain stage or the itt?
I thought the idea was people do the ITT as and when they can/want to?
