I saw them in 1976 - Swansea University.
This was during the first outpourings of punk and they seemed to represent a bygone era.

Very sad news about Malcolm Young, he's very ill now, so much so that he can't even play the guitar any more. So looks like the end of AC/DC.
He is Mr AC/DC, it was his band from the start. As a guitar player he is vastly underrated.

Yes, indeed AC/DC played at the Armadale centre, I think it was '77 possibly '76. Cost me £7 to get in and the staff used to mark the back of you hand with a number. I can remember it well. My first live band.This is a bit of a non sequitor, but I am sure I saw AC/DC play a gig at Armadale Community Centre in the early/mid 70s
