A friend's son went to Harper Adams. Frankly, I'm amazed that he did any studying but he landed himself a great job and has just completed his MA. (My friend shudders whenever he or his uni friends mention their antics.)

Yesterday afternoon i bumped into a friend, walking along the promenade of the seaside town where we live. A town which has a large number of foreign students each summer, over here to learn/practice their English.

As we were chatting, a tall and very striking looking lad jogged by, with about 6 of the young student girls desperately pursuing him.

With a wicked glint in his eye, my mate remarked "you'd think he would learn to run a bit slower........"
