Ritte bikes. I have a Ritte Vlaanderen. Awesome bike. Their new Ritte Ace looks amazing

I have always liked the look of Ritte frames. Very nearly bought one a couple of years back. I thought they had closed up shop as don’t see them for sale anymore.

Love the C60, but frameset alone is over budget. Been looking at De Rosa too. Very nice indeed.

Did fancy a Cervelo, but have seen a couple of bikes out on rides recently.

Condor is a good one to look at though. Had forgotten about those.

It’s unlikeky that you’ll find a brand or bike that no one has locally unless you never see other cyclists or you go vintage
Pearson another option if prepared to pay for (Relative) obscurity....this in budget with Di2

They sell Storck too

GB Cycles have some reduced Italian exotica but in limited sizes. Sigma have good reductions too, also perhaps Primera

I've already replied once but I've always loved the look of Ritchey Logic.

Cool old skool bike that. Probably a touch too much for me, but do like it.

Claim still ongoing, and got impatient, so ordered what I fancied anyway.

Being as happy as I am with with Ridley Noah SL, I went for another Ridley. Bought the Helium SL20, with Ultegra, and it’s finished in a lovely shade of... @vickster matte black.

It fits the bill for a lightweight climbers bike, with the frame weighing sub 750g’s, and leaves me with change to keep my fettling mind busy when the payout arrives eventually. Can’t argue with £1,999.99 for bike with a £3,599.99 RRP. Over 44% off, and the only one was in my size.

Old Skool frame style with Campag Eurus and Gumwall Corsa G tyres waiting to be fitted.

For a budget like that I'd only be able to buy a frame, sarto, pinarello, Legend or something very custom but you would have to top it up obviously.

I very nearly bought the Sarto made Campagnolo branded ride in blue/grey with Record EPS. After being told that it was based on the Asola, which is known to be a very light frame around 750g, I was shocked when they weighed it in store. The guy said it was around 6kg, but turned out to be 7.4kg without pedals. No heavyweight admittedly, but for £4k I believe the Ridley is a much better buy tbh.

Frame is around 720g and will be super responsive on the climbs too, as it’s known to be nice and stiff. Stealth rocket.
