We finished ours on Tuesday, keep using assos & sudocrem & germolene after your shower & you will be fine. Also the mossies in the north are very attentive .
Happy riding mate its the biggest thing you will probally ever do!

Not yesterday but we were today. We've cancelled the cycle challenge and turned it into a triathlon. We swam down Ludlow High Street!

The Old Bullring Inn in Ludlow do the biggest ever meals for £8 & less, we had guys leaving food!!!!!
