If you're not there to guide them, then the easiest directions are:Confirming that I'll be coming along.
Forecast looks good so the ride out is on. Are the Branchton people OK with navigation to the ferry terminal - or would you like me to stop off there?
If you were there @Rasmus I would certainly appreciate it - I don't know that corner at all.Confirming that I'll be coming along.

That link doesn't work for me.Garmin route here. It doesn't follow the route as described above, but is about half a mile shorter (3.2 miles) and on quieter roads through Gourock.
Hopefully the link will work now; my privacy settings were on the private side! Same route, but I was going round Cumberland Road then left down George Road, rather than climbing the hill over past the hospital. That link doesn't work for me.
Anyway, my route is to cross the A78 on the footbridge, and then more or less go straight on and/or downhill until you hit the seafront a few hundred yards from the ferry. See the first bit of my trip that way last weekend here. You can inspect the contours of the climb up from Loch Striven while you're there...
I'll endeavour to be at Branchton no later than 1026. See you all tomorrow.
Don't, we did not need one last year.Trying to decide if I need to bring a lock....
Nice one; see you there.Well, I've been lurking around this thread for a while and I think it's about time I got myself out on a CC Ecosse ride... I know it's a bit last minute, but I'll see those meeting under the clock at Glasgow Central (in plenty of time) to catch the 9.50. Just need to get my kit together (possibly including waterproofs, just in case) and get an early night!![]()
