3 things iv'e learned today

    1. Don't ever go on a bike ride without a spare innertube

    2. Its easy to put another tube in a back wheel with disk brake

    3. Theres some very nice people about, on my way home(walking with bike,a couple stopped me whilst doing there gardening and asked if i wanted a tube, saving me more embarressment walking home in lycra.Thankyou .:thumbsup:

    Thanks to the people on this forum showing me the light I always stop when I see a cyclist pushing their bike (and I see a fault with it) and offer my assistance

    1. Never leave home without a saddle bag and spares on a cycle ride.
    2. Remember to enjoy the ride and engage with other people.
    3. Wear lycra with pride. Others just wish they had the guts to do what we do
