Mine currently with Canyon sorting a very odd Di2 problem. See this thread....

When you say 0%, do you mean the system is dead, which could just be a loose cable, or do you have some means of measuring the battery level, for example a d-fly?
It does sound as though it's going to be a pain in the bum. Good luck with finding it.Yeah I have a d-fly unit on my system. When in the lbs had it plugged in the battery went up to 15% but after unplugging dropped to 10% so think either the battery is dodgy or something is shorting and pulling power from the battery. Will see what the lbs say when they've had a look. If it's a short could mean unplugging each device to eliminate various components to narrow down the issue.
Hope you get your di2 sorted, it's a great system when working. Just glad mine went before i had gone on the ride and then being left 40-50 miles from home stuck in one gear to get home.
I don't quite understand the problem now ... I thought you must only have the one bike, the one with di2. Why didn't you just take the duff bike home and go out on the other one? Will have to slum it on my old mechanical bike until sorted. Shame as that only rocks a sora groupset with 18 gears. At least like you said the screwdriver works on that one if there a problem.
went to leave the car park to find my di2 battery was at 0%
You can ride, you can't change gear. Think of it like a really crap fixie.Let me get this straight - with Di2 you have a battery on your bike and if this goes flat or you forget to charge it you can no longer ride your bike?
Doesn't it still freewheel? You can ride, you can't change gear. Think of it like a really crap fixie.
Pfffft. And people are willing to pay hundreds of pounds for this as an 'upgrade'?! I'll err on the side of generosity and conclude that there must be some clever marketing men out there....You can ride, you can't change gear. Think of it like a really crap fixie.

When the system is working a cable system doesn't even compared to the ever consistent shifting of a electronic system. Granted when it goes wrong it's a pain in the butt, but both shimano and sram systems are mostly reliable (i say with a grin on my face after my issue). If it wasn't worth the upgrade most pros won't be using these systems.
Count yourself lucky you weren't trying to sell the bike - last Saturday a lovely young couple drove all the way from near Penistone to ours near Blackburn with their tiny baby to buy Mrs Gti's car and when they test drove it the flippin' power steering broke. It cost us £1000 to repair. We delivered it to them on Thursday.
We know that already - just look at cars. Adverts mostly show happy smiling people whooshing along empty roads, not the frustrated ragers sat in queues and puttering through speed-limit zones that the majority experience.conclude that there must be some clever marketing men out there....
Pros aren't paying for them themselves, or maintaining them themselves, for starters. Some of their equipment, most pros don't really get a choice, but have to use what their sponsors want to sell to rich fools who say "If it wasn't worth the upgrade most pros won't be using these systems" (dons fireproof underwearIf it wasn't worth the upgrade most pros won't be using these systems.
You're doing cable systems wrong. Don't worry - lots of people do.When the system is working a cable system doesn't even compared to the ever consistent shifting of a electronic system.
What are you? Twelve? Next you'll be remarking on how far Penistone is from Scunthorpe...LOL!
LMAO!
