The problem with trickle down tech is that the design is made around all the high tech materials and processes of Dura Ace etc. The trickle down versions are converted to steel stampings.I was staggered at the sheer weight of my Shimano HG5000 10 speed 11-32 teeth cassette
I am guessing that there are lighter cassettes out there
I will put the old one on the scales but I reckon its half a kilo.
Lighter back in my day
156 g

Do you think you would notice 100g of extra weight, or a weight loss of 100g? Unless you are seriously racing at a high level - in which case you're probably not paying for the equipment - you'll not notice the difference between an aluminium or steel cassette. Spend spare money on quality tyres and wheels where you will notice a difference.
You can go lighter with some Chinese ones as there's a Mighty cassette that's 125g.
But for a fair comparison you would have to include part of the hub pawls, ratchet, splines etc in the weight. But yours is only 6 speed, mine was 10 as the OP requested. 1g for 4 extra cogs. Hmmmm !!!
