My partner is a member of Wolfshead & Vixen based in Rochester.

A border Morris side I believe, Not sure we've actually met them

I dance with Sweyns'ey - a Cotswold side based in Swansea. We do get to a few festivals with other sides, but still normally ones based towards the Western side of Britain.

I'll be doing 50 km, 50 miles,100 km a month again, as well as the lunacy climbing challenge. I have done 9 centuries now, but I think I'll keep them for the summer and retirement :okay: 50 miles was hard enough work today

I'll be in for some kind of challenge.....thinking maybe starting with the 100km a month and the 3 x 30 mins per week ride!

I don't think there is any chance I could ever complete the 3x30 minute rides per week. There are always ging to be weeks where I just don't have the opportunity to get out on the bike.

I’m looking at a Scottish 1300km Audax , and an Irish 400km Audax next year as some key events in my diary. The first I need to average 288km (179 miles) a day for 4 and a bit days , the latter is 250 miles in a day. I do have a trekking trip to the Himalayas before those though. Biggest challenge will probably be getting my long distance cycling endurance back up to speed in a shorter timescale than usual.

The former should be do able with 16hr days?
The latter I guess is a one day event so also do able in summertime.

Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
On the one occasion on which I rode a 400k Audax the day definitely contained 24 hours. I remember it distinctly. I counted them.
