Stick hard to remove stickers on the windscreen in drivers line of vision. Or place them over rear number plate so the police pull them over. Like Pavlov's dogs they need training. One inconvenience for another.

I used to park my bike on the sidewalk and someone left a note saying they could not get passed as they had a pushchair. Fair enough, I did not park there again .

BUT I saw NO notes on all the cars that were partially parked on the sidewalk and taking up MORE space than my bike.

Quite frankly I think the person who put a note on my bike just didn't like cyclists.
