I've got skin off on my elbow and wrist, the other wrist has an ache, I've a nasty bruise coming up on my calf, my ribs are bruised and I expect drawing a deep breath tomorrow will be painful

conduit is a narrow tube to run a cable through, right? These are flat more like siding or something. White on one side, and a very pale green on the other.

Oh, and 18 metres. There were another 3 of them closer to the buildings. I moved them all together to make it less of hazard.

Conduit these days has a pop-in flat outer strip that fits the description I think.

I think your right, i just used similar for my kitchen
