Update, driver has been sacked fully, the two others had a warning.
a facebook page by the name of happy busdriver has appeared too threatinging me by name saying he is coming to get me ect ect.. he added everyone on my friends list and all his other friends are bus drivers from the company, a few were very vocal and the "happy busdriver" actually posted along the lines of dont like my posts anymore as you will be threatened with a disciplinary as i was today..
But from what we have worked out through who had a warning ect and the wording used the page is the same driver who was sacked.
The most vocal friend on the page was a driver i recognised as always being on the bus i get on a morning, ive seen him once since and he seemed extremely sheepish when i got on the bus. (Keyboard warrior lol)
And he hasent been seen since then either and has not commented on anything since that day. I thanked him for the journey at the end and got off without saying anything else.
Ive got the cctv from the bus which just shows me sharply jerking to the left when the bus pases and the bus trialing the curb on the runup to it (they sent me the entire bus journey on dvd) and the quality/ angle is rubbish, the police are looking at charges for public disorder and dangerous driving though aswell as harrasment and making threats.
Still at the end of it all i havent had one apology from anyone. The driver only lives down the road from me but i havent seen him since the day but ill let you all know if i do see him and he tries any of the further threats he made

It's just the lesson these cowards needed to be taught, and well done to the employer for treating it so seriously as it deserved. I remember the driver laughing a lot as you confronted him, I bet he's not laughing any more (but I certainly am).
