Well done for a good result. I'm not on Facebook but I found your vid on a local newspaper website. Shocking behaviour from the driver but he's got what he deserves. I can't believe that they are stupid enough to start threatening you on Facebook after what's happened though.

You can't say he wasn't asking for trouble when he acted so ignorantly in front of the camera. I bet he got home that day and began to regret his actions and words,well now he's really regretting it! I too have a speech impediment and sometimes you have to try your hardest to get your point across,hoping and praying that whoever you're talking too doesn't take the pee out of you! They can take the mickey out of anything about me but please not my voice!

I'm glad it made it to the local chipwrapper and that the company are taking it seriously. Might make the others think about their driving and behaviour.

I had calls from national newspapers and tv too but i refused to interview dispite being offered money... At the end of the day its a cycling incident its not something to make national news out of. Probably could of milked it for all i could get, could probably of bought a new bike out of it too but thats not what i wanted in all honesty i just wanted to send a clear message that people like that dont deserve what they have.

Hats off to you, that's some restraint shown there confronting the driver, If I had been spoken to and mocked like that the red mist would have descended and I'd have gone all Micheal Douglas in Falling down, just watching the clip made me angry. Great result in the end. Remember for every clown like that there's hundreds of safe, professional and curtious bus drivers out there.

It's catch 22. I think you probably did the right thing by not milking it. It shows your intentions are honourable and not mercenary. On the other hand, if it had made the national news it would've sent a clear message to other professional drivers.

They were taking the utter pee anyway i was commutting in one morning by bike with my phone mounted on my stem and the same people kept calling non stop even though they were firmly told no. Ive no idea how they got hold of my number anyway because its not online.
