If you can find a photographic shop that stocks wet chrmistry for film processing, get a bottle of Wetting Agent, apply sparingly and buff gently.

it is basically washing up liquid without the detergent; which is the damaging bit- particularly if you have coatings on lenses; and means that liquid doesn't adhere to the (negative) glasses surface but slips off leaving clean streak free surface.

We used to use Kodak Photo Flo, but I'd be hard pressed to find a good photographic shop nowadays.
Or I'd be working there.
