Anyone fitted 32mm or 35mm tyres into a Holdsworth Elan?

As the title really. What's the widest tyre anyone's fitted into a Holdsworth Elan frame?

Looking at the clearance (currently got 25mm Hutchinson nitro 2) I could probably get a 32mm in there but it would leave any clearance for guards.

Highly unlikely you will get anything bigger than a 28 in there, by the look of it.

Know anyone could lend you a tyre or wheel and tyre to try?

Could be a cyclechatter that would be willing to help if you posted a request.

No good if its too tight as muck will build up at the narrow points leading to tyre rubbing on a long dirty ride.
