No, it's sh*te and will get P***t*res a*d c*ll*pse!!!!

Actually, I haven't got a clue...

Can't tell from the website whether it's fly or inner first. The instructions, none of which I can find in English, seem to suggest it's inner first but then it says you can just use the fly and footprint, so I'm confused. Very light and spacious though.

"Can be set up as a double-wall tent or with just the fly and footprint".
Sort of implies outer first (or maybe all-in-one)

That is one seriously light tent for size. Carbon fibre poles though?
Slightly worried about that - even with MSR's good reputation.

Terra Nova Laser is similar weight/price but with aluminium poles.
May be a bit less spacious though.

Is it outer first you're after? I know I prefer that, nothing worse than a wet inner. This is a list of 2 man outer first tents I made a while ago. Many of them may well have been superseded. WHere i could find it it shows pack size as well. The MSR must have quite long poles.

I really rate the laser range. It has the same weakness as all tunnel tents though, in that it has to be well pitched in windy conditions. The only one in my list which copes better is the semi-geodesic ME dragonfly which pitches inner and outer together and is also free standing very useful in rocky terrain. Depends where it's for really.
