Anyone willing to lend/hire a bike case?

I am going to OZ for a month in July and would love to take my bike with me (partly so I can grind my supremely arrogant German brother in law into the dirt).

Thing is this will probably be a one off so I don't really want to go to the expense of buying a bike case for one trip, so I am hoping someone will lend/hire me one.

I am happy to pay a reasonable hire fee for a decent case, I would also leave a cash deposit in case it got damaged/nicked.

I know it's a bit cheeky but if anyone can help I would be very grateful.

I live close to Grimsby/Hull and would obviously collect and return.

Steve, I have a padded bike bag I bought to get home from Germany last year, but is unlikely to to see further use as is too bulky to carry on the the bike. If that's any use let me know, otherwise no bother if you specifically want a hardcase. I'm orginally from Grimsby and up there every month so probably no problem getting it to you.

I often use a cardboard box from a bike shop. If really worried, buy some sheets of hardboard to slip inside the sides. I went to NZ and back with no problem
