Both my bikes are recumbent. I do not use goggles or visor. The rain stings my face something chronic. Makes it hard to see. Sleet is worse. Hail? Good grief.

I unclipped my mudguards from the best bike on Sunday evening so that it would fit in the car - and look what happened today !!

One good thing about ferries in this weather is the breakfast ques tend to be shorter than usuall.

Actually it was x30 hrs. Freight only and spoilt rotten by the chef/steward. A bit lumpy across North sea,. Now to tackle the roads.
