What is it with this recent craze for grey cars? They look to my eye as if they've been primed then they forgot to paint them.

I agree. I once had a grey Ford Saphire but it was very shiny and imo looked very nice. The modern ones tend to look drab.

Have to agree on the primer/Nardo grey fashion. Awful colour choice
 
After a weekend away, at The Midland Hotel, we were driving back along the A65
On reaching Long Preston, I saw an Audi (seen it there before), with the plate 'FEC 1T'
Possibly a Father Ted fan??

Plus, this at the Hotel itself

Around where I live there are numerous variations of MUL or TOB. This is a relatively new thing and it is pretty well guaranteed that the vehicle belongs to a settler trying I presume to blend in and identify as "local" but really are just pretentious prats.
Too many to list.

Oban is worse. :eek:
