Are all chamois creams equal?

Should I be looking for a woman's chamois cream or would any one be OK?

Assuming your problem is not caused by a wrong shaped seat or seat height/angle then a cream to prevent friction either to a body part or between body parts would not be gender specific. The choice is yours but it's usually easier to go to a chemist than a LBS so Sudocrem/Savlon/anything similar will give similar results.

I tend to use a mixture of KY Jelly and Johnsons Baby Oil. I am fortunate to have a very active sex life so buy it in bulk...... Usually 5 gallon drums. On the odd occasion I run out of I usually slap on a bit of Fiery Jack before a 100 miler.
