I was over the weekend, but with a long sleeve jersey

 

On the bike - lycra bib shorts
Normal life - shorts
On business or travelling - longs

 

Last couple of weeks (I'm in Northumberland) I've been in 3/4 length bibs, but short sleeves.... (apart form work, when I tend to wear work clothes, and night time, when the jimjams come out....

 

Had one day in 3/4 longs so far (the day it went hot and sunny in the evening) :/

 

shorts still in the daytime...but at night it's on with the full length bibs

 

Haven't worn any sort of long trousers since early March.

Trying to hold out untill 1st November at the earliest

 

Didn't the OP mean in a cycling context, BTFB...?

 

Yup, shorts at the moment, well, not right now, I'm in my office, so wearing Jeans.

But yes, shorts for cycling, probably wont wear anything longer than 3/4's through the winter anyway.

Yes, still in shorts. I wear my normal shorts for aslong as i can, and i'm doing well in my cycle shorts at the moment. Depends if it turns really cold quick though.

 

I thought it was about a preference of drinks!
No, shorts went out the window last week; this morning it was -4 at 06:00. No shorts here until mid April, if I'm lucky.

 

I'm in full winter kit already. Having lost 70lbs of insulation since February, I am permanently *cold* so I have to be wrapping up or I shiver ... a lot!
