I saw a POB on saturday afternoon cycling on a rusty old MTB carrying 3-4m aluminium ladders on his shoulder and a bucket and sponge on his bars. Window cleaner on a bike. I was concerned he was going to cross the cycle path I was on as I had priority coming down the hill. He then went onto the road trying to balance just like Norman Wisdom wobbling side to side with cars swerving to avoid him.
