Racing - Any weather.
Non racing - Not uncomfortable weather.

Funny I never see a challenge as having to prove anything to anybody other than myself.

I remember an Audax a few years back when 80mph (as I recall) winds and rain were forecast.
I went anyway, mostly because I thought no one else would turn up, and the weather turned out nice.

@Stonechat might want to rectify the thread title - I'm not sure I'd want to see those out in the bad weather!
