I should have put spare chain pin on the list. Campag only supplied one which snapped before I'd even pushed it in. Popped out to condor for some spares and now waiting for bus home.

Frozen? No no no. Made from scatch, apart from the wine, which came pre-bottled and the packet of puff pastry.

OK....maybe not the veg...although i grow my own chillis, shallots, tomatoes, peas, garlic and herbs. Hmmm. this is making me hungry, but am feeling lazy. Perhaps i'll opt for a microwave lunch

Went out for a short ride today with Ianruk, Aralsopp and Mista Preston. Rides beautifully and quick. Will take some time getting the set-up perfect, but i'm very very happy with it
