By you perhaps, Me I always have a doubt, Second half of the ride was a blinder, I really got the HR under control on that flat section, and just ground away putting the watts out at low RPM

Now it's a bit cooler, I'm back in the game.

I chose the shortest (on estimated time) outstanding ride, and started well. Then I faded.

1:12:01, which disappoints me, but probably shouldn't.

Not sure about catching up the other rides, the thought of more than one a week isn't pleasant.

I think I see what you mean. Although I've done both rides I did Mt Nebo before the challenge was up, so if I want to have my times counted I'd have to do it again
