For security reasons, there don't seem to be rubbish bins in UK railway stations now but there still are on trains - what's the thinking behind that?

You can get far more explosive into a car of a rucksack than you can into a bike frame, not that anyone has thought of using using either to commit a terrorist attack in this country.... where are bike bombs are used in all the attacks we have suffered since 1939;)
