May be 'the ultimate grab and go' but it's fugly. Might look better in red of course.
Looks all right for a flat bar utility bike.

Presumably you've got to find a way to clamp your smartphone where it's on the bars exposed to weather, damage and theft. Too risky.

It says on the US site (where they also describe the bike as “kickass, cutting edge”..) that is has an SP mount built into the stem, which seems to be some sort of phone mount that requires you to buy a special case for your phone in order to attach/connect it. The top range model is also $950 - which will probably mean £950 here  Plus the phone case..

Pinnacle did a bike that looked exactly the same as this for £750 and Evans ended up discounting it to £375 last year to clear them, it was better specced as well with a Son Dynamo Hub.

Or maybe the bike grabs you like Audrey 2 and won't let go.

But you'll be doing front wheel stands and kissing girls before you know it. Gotta be worth it just for that.
the app and the damned bikes will know what the two are up to and as soon as they get back on their phones (within minutes of the clinch?) condom ads will pop up - offering a 30 minute hipster courier service.

Kickass and cutting edge are two modifiers no one will apply to this bicycle. True, it has the platform rack on the front, but the hipster crowd would rather modify an old bike than have Cannondale build an old bike for them, and charge them too much for it. A better example in this field is the Raleigh Lorry, though also greatly overpriced for the market.

I have no doubt Cannondale Marketing people know better than me, but that is dreadful, and the key selling point seems to be that you clip your phone on it, obviously they've run out of new wheel sizes for MTBs.

Just an ordinary bike, nothing special about it at all.

But to a bentist, all diamond-frame bikes look the bleedin same.

And that Lorry is another candidate for a hub gear.
