hi Folks
wondering how to fix this. the front derailleur cable (top) does not seem to have any housing to sit in. The rear derailleur cable is jammed in and doesn't move (making me think there is a metal housing inside the frame for the ferrule to sit in)
i had the other ferrule jammed in but when you try to shift it just gets pulled into the frame.
had to believe this would be the design. not sure how it has worked for so long, unless the housing has broken inside somehow
any ideas....
EDIT: ok whoever built this bike is a muppet, the cable should be running down the other side of the bike where there is a housing for it. just checked it there.
