Well, the neighbour did move to a bungalow a couple of months before we moved out.On the neighbour or a cat?
We put a sign up saying "No Cats" well my thinking behind this is, cats are clever enough to get total control over their servants (owners) so they must be clever enough to read.

I got some pellet things, from the garden centre, when I lived in Wymondham with the neighbour from hell downstairs. The pellets seemed to do the trick for us.
