England : Cheshire CC Knutsford and Tatton

A thread for CycleChat members rides around Knutsford, Tatton and Surrounding area.

I'll kick off with a 24mile loop on Sunday 13th October. An easy loop around Peover and out to Wilmslow. Pretty flat all the way with an average of 15-16 mph

Meet up in Booths car park at 8.30am

A trip to the penny farthing museum maybe on the home leg? well I'll make the effort as Ive not been before if its open

The Penny Farthing museum is at the Courtyard Cafe, should be open 10am to 4pm and it's only 2 minutes ride from Booths. We can have some cake there afterwards http://www.thecourtyardknutsford.co.uk/

Not been Knutsford since the Penny Farthing race a few years back

Just a note to say I found a fine cake and munch stop at Wheelock Hall about 15 mile from knutsford ! Very nice with safe parking for your steeds ! easy flat route down through Peover and Middlewich.

Would be a detour for this one but a good ride for next time in it's own right ( I think Mick was just pointing it out to us locals ?).
