The landing sites, including the trails of footprints, have been photographed from lunar orbit by the Russians and Japanese.

But how do you know, you only have their word for it?

The Russians would have tracked every inch of the journey and if anything didn't seem right they'd have been headlining from day one.

I dont think the Russians cared much about the Titanic.

That is not possible.

However, within certain parameters and assumptions one can know some things.

So assuming you exist, you’re not insane, assuming your apparent senses are reporting on the objective universe, and that your perception of that received sensory information is reliable...then the moon landings happened.
