I use it too - spray all over, leave for 10 minutes, rinse off with gentle mist hose gun, avoiding bearings. Paint brush to get into difficult areas as required. I leave to drain, wipe with cloth, then spray all over with GT80. No special treatment for the chain, just run it through a rag numerous times and lube with Prolink.
