Close pass, cycling style

i use strava my self and have 1 KOM and occasionally race for some segments but wouldn't risk doing something like that for strava
and yes overtaking cars is fun and i reckon most of us either do or would, secretly, get a kick out of it but again i wouldn't do it in such a dangerous place

I know the road he's on, just can't place it. The shop is whats bugging me, locationwise.
Slight downhill, so quite easy to hit the thirty(mph) mark.
