Computer internet connection help needed.

Call Virgin CS?

Problem being......i can still access it on my phone. It seems to be just my laptop that has 'forgotten' it has the new password.
All I want to know is how to re-input or change the old password to the new one.

Forget network, then re-add? For your network in network and sharing center (ugh centre!!)

Most of the problems they turn out to be user error or an issue with the user's equipment They will be able to talk you through this.

wot Jefmcg said ^^^. The beauty of working in an office is that your colleagues can remind you how to do what you know is possible but have temporarily forgotten. In your case, 'Customer support' are your colleagues.
