Problem being......i can still access it on my phone. It seems to be just my laptop that has 'forgotten' it has the new password.
All I want to know is how to re-input or change the old password to the new one.

wot Jefmcg said ^^^. The beauty of working in an office is that your colleagues can remind you how to do what you know is possible but have temporarily forgotten. In your case, 'Customer support' are your colleagues.
