Sorry.Forget network, then re-add? For your network in network and sharing center (ugh centre!!)

Cant find anything that says forget network. I can on my phone but not my laptop. Laptop is 3 years old with windows (8 i think).
Most of the problems they turn out to be user error or an issue with the user's equipment They will be able to talk you through this.Purely because my phone has the new one and is ok so I assume its not a 'Virgin' problem ??? Maybe Im wrong on that ??
