Bet you're looking forward to a night of being ignored whilst he figures it out! He's not home with it yet. He had it delivered to work.

Yours still 2468?Contactless for me whenever possible. No need then to look around me for folks who seem a little too interested as I cover my pin tapping hand as I enter pin into the pad.
Also, Applepay has no limit. The max amount is determined by the seller.
£1·05 credit check using the card? How strange when I posted on this thread, someone was busy spending on my Credit Card. I only realised when I logged on to my account to pay it. Reckon I left it\dropped it in my Hotel room Sunday/Monday but could have dropped it anywhere really whoever had it they had a field day with it for 5 days! Mostly moving though supermarkets easier to dump and run at the self checkout I guess. Some quite strange behaviour though. a couple of really low transactions at first, I can understand that but then 28.98, 1.05 29.82 1.20 etc.
Looks like the CC company finally put an end to it yesterday morning.

Yes but in succession the first two were 30p 35p then then 28.85 then a £1 something then a 29 then 1.05. Wonder if they hadn't added it up properly and took items off. That's assuming it is chronological. Bit daft really because each small transaction but have started to set off the alarm. The weird thing is CC company have removed the independents and kept the Grocery store. Not that I should point fingers but I have a terrible habit of putting the cards back in my pocket behind the wallet rather than in it. I have a vague recollection of emptying my pocket on the table and seeing it, its a dark card dark table.£1·05 credit check using the card?
Sorry to hear that - If they used it at an Asda there will probably be very clear CCTV of them - their self service tills each have a camera that films you scanning and packing while the footage is also displayed directly above you, overlaid with a flashing "Recording in progress" message. It's incredibly invasive, but it might be just what's needed here.
No, all very close to the £30 with these weird low ones in-between got more confident as the days passed.Low amounts are favoured for trying the cards out, then they know it works. Were any above the limit for contactless cards?
Really you would have thought that was traceable, should anyone take an interest. The usual is a small phone credit
How many "oooh, look it does this, isn't that amazing" have you had yet?I have banished him upstairs....
I’m not sure the iPhone warranty covers rectal insertion when the new user keeps trying out every bloody ringtone.
Report it to the police and it gets passed on, others find out the system isn't as secure as we've been lead to believe.Really you would have thought that was traceable, should anyone take an interest.
The other surprise in hindsight I wasn't asked to report it to the Police. Seems like a free for all if you lose it.
