I stopped in the pouring rain last night to offer assistance to a young girl who had trouble with her seat, there was another chap there helping already - sadly I didn't have the correct tools to help.

4 miles later, I was asked for help by a Cambridge Uni CC member who was after a chain tool, cue lots of swearing (from me) when I realised I didn't have mine with me.

I've stopped to take a phone call before and had to wave people on as they thought I was calling home for help!

It is definitely worth stopping on those circumstances as its difficult to tell if they're struggling to pronounce Welsh place names or choking on a piece of cake
