A young driver at the centre of a storm after she boasted on Twitter about colliding with a cyclist has apologised for what she calls a "stupid tweet".
Emma Way's now infamous tweet, with the hashtag "bloody cyclists", followed a minor collision in Snetterton, in Norfolk, with a cyclist taking part in a100-mile cycling event.
Miss Way has now been suspended from the accountancy firm where she works and has given her version of events to police.
