Yoghurt.
I never had one till i was in my 40s and once tasted, no going back.
It got to the stage where i was upping the ante and buying full fat creamy 1kg tubs....yum yum, trouble is, portion control went out the window and i overdid it one day, suddenly went very yuk....and the puked my guts up. :laugh:
Ive not touched the heavy duty full fat stuff since....
Me too but not the flavoured stuff filled with sugar but the natural unsweetened variety. I'm lucky as the big Lebanese community here like it so there's plenty available.

These - I buy them by the 2KG box. They have to be Maynard / Barratt, not the inferior copies and they certainly have to be dusted.

KFC two piece variety meal, or sometimes a mighty bucket for one.

I only ever go large if it's on my expenses though.

I must admit - I did get an 18 piece family bucket from KFC and ate most of it.

Mrs V helped a little, but only eats the strips

When I fall off the wagon, I fall a long way :mrpig:
