I did it an awful lot slower than that! About a pound every 4 months, 3 pounds a year, 40 over 10 years and 75 or so in 20 years. I peaked at 18 stone 2, then lost 70 pounds over 14 months. My weight has been stable at just over 13 stone now for the last 16 months.
