Cycling Routes in Crete

Me and my good lady are going to Crete in September for a week. I've hired a bike and usually I get to ride for 2-4 hours most mornings. We are staying in Agios Nikolaos.

Anyone cycled there before and got any suggested routes - or even better .GPX files?
