Anyone else have a weird obsession with buying lots of the same but different styles etc?

Since cycling more seriously, and seeing on Amazon how many different styles of sunglasses there are...I have quite a few pairs now...different styles....but these are my two most recent acquisitions....Thoroughly love them! Bit dubious sometimes with the price and reviews sometimes...but thoroughly pleased so far! Definitely like the bigger style, always have to make sure the side arms are thin or low though especially for cycling on the road.

Hoping to look as awesome as possible this summer!! :shy::sun:

Not obsessed as I need prescription specs which cost £300+ a pair. Still using Oakley Bottle Rockets now a few years old

I've got a few pairs of sunglasses. I think it's quite a common obsession, at least that's what I tell myself :shy: If you choose the right pair they can hold their value quite respectably - for example original used Oakley X-Metal Juliet's are currently going for £250+ on ebay and I've seen NOS go for much more  This is particularly annoying as they're my favourites :laugh:

I have a pair of Oakley Half Jackets that I bought over 15 years ago. Expensive at the time but can still get (3rd party) replacement lenses and rubber grips for them. So have worked out well.

I go for the cheap but good ones from Decathlon with the swappable lenses, because I’ve had a few get sat on, and / or broken during unplanned sudden dismounts.

Or use the visor on my Warp sprint lid, which is the best option because it can’t slip down my nose.

I have couple of pairs of Oakley glasses for cycling, several Ray Bans for off the bike, but being a bloke of a certain age with reading glasses needed, I have these bifocals which are wonderful. https://www.dualeyewear.com/dual-sl2x.html Now only seem to be in the US, but luckily my daughter's boyfriend lives there, so easily got!

I do now have contact lenses for reading, so may use the Oakleys more. I need to able to read the Garmin and phone!
