The Officer dealing with my case is now on night so i cant contact her yet.

I didn't take the call last night so all the information i have is that it is going to court, and if i want to claim i have to do it civilly and get a lawyer..

Well for the time being i have decided not to replace all the gear on my bike until the driver has been found guilty..

So i have been lucky enough to pay £35 to have it fixed by my lbs.

Apart from a crack to the left shifter which, is annoying but it still works. There is nothing else to bad so i think i got away lucky enough here!

Still £35 that i would rather not have spent!
