I have Dura Ace (I don't race, if you like it go for it) on one of my bikes for almost 2 years now. So far all I have had to replace is the chain....

What vickster said, but even then you'll never know the integrity of the frame as the seller isn't going to tell you if he/she crashed it are they?

I`d buy the Cube personally, do you know if it will even fit the frame is described as medium whatever that is supposed to mean. id want all the original parts as well since its described as being upgraded. Full documentation etc.

I'm 2600 miles on a Dura-Ace chain, and it still does not need replacing.
