Sounds like you did it in a decent time. I did a couple of 50 milers but I stop for half hour or so for a meal. No idea what my average was.

Something to eat thats a bit more substantial than a jam sandwich. If I dont have somethin tidy to eat I will fark up way before completing the ride. I have nearly died on rides shorter than this when I dont have food.

No I cant. I am way too unmanly to cycle 100 miles. I will stick with the distances I do now for now and increase them a bit over time if im up to it.
