Day three you take something to throw.

and here was me thinking that self deprecating humour was a Brit speciality.

I wave at or say hi to everyone on a bike. Same when I am out in the mountains.

Doesn't bother me if they don't wave back. I figure:

They might be having a bad day.

They may be dealing with a problem and are deep in thought.

They might be insular.

They might just want a bit of space.

And some are just plain ignorant.

It's the ones who say goodbye as they pass me that really get my goat.
