Interesting what they say about VOX. In the end all those wires for a press-to-talk solution would annoy me, especially as the radio would have to fit in a jersey rear pocket.
For our needs we only need a transmission distance of a few metres. An alternative might be an FM transmitter that's compatible with my ride partner's hearing aid. Continue the experiments Bollo.........
