Do you think this bike will fit me (serious question)

I am going to France in a rental van and the person has a bike I can use. That would be useful as it will save me putting my rack & bike on the back of the car for 1000 miles each way.
He doesn't understand bikes so I sent him a sketch (attached) and he has sent me the this photo and following information.
Top of seat tube to bottom bracket is 22".
Now he is 5' 9" and as you see the seat seems to be at it's lowest.
I am 5' 7" with only a 29" inside leg.
What do you think???

No idea without knowing if the owner rides with the seat at the right height or with their knees round the ears.
best to send them you normal seat height and compare what they have it at .
